Hi, i have a Bold 9790 model with IMEI no - 35********89768. Now the problem i am facing is that the Phone Software has become corrupted / outdated and
its not getting updated. It is also keep getting restart again and again and after 30 days, its messages in the inbox get deleted automatically. The speaker also has some problem due to which
i am not able to hear properly not even on the loudspeaker mode.As my handset is still under warranty period, i went to Blackberry Service Center situated at Nehru
Place to get the same rectified on 12/10/2013 and met the Service Manager Mr.Pankaj Bansal in regards to the same. Mr.Pankaj told that the
body of my phone had a crack hence the phone has become out of warranty and they will not be able to service my phone and resolve my problem
till the time i pay them Rs.7000/- for software update and speaker problem.
I am very unsatisfied with the kind of revert received from Mr.Pankaj Bansal as my phone is under warranty and Blackberry is liable to take
care of the same. But of no use as i had not agreed to pay Rs.7000/- for the problem i am facing.
Would like to highlight the fact again that my phone is under warranty and i don't understand why i was being asked for money more over on asking for the reason he started giving a very unreasonable kind of answer and also called up the security staff to kick me out of the showroom. His behavior was very rude and very much unprofessional.
I Would request the concerned to kindly look into the said matter and kindly help me in getting the same resolved or else i shall file a compliant in police and consumer court.
THIS KIND OF BAD EXPERIENCE no one should ever experience and if this is the kind of service that Blackberry gives then i would ask everyone in
my family and friends not to buy Blackberry.
