I had booked a plot in Mid 2011 and paid Rs.1 Lakh as booking amount. Due to some reason I had to cancel my booking and Aureate Homes was supposed to refund the money. Its been 1 year but they have been issuing one cheque after another which has bounced.

I would like to send take up a legal course now against Khaja Shaik in Cheque Bounce case & Cheating by misselling. Kindly suggest how can this be done.

Khaja is now abscoding and his associates Ramesh - ********33 & Mustafa -0********99 are now mishandling the issue.

There are around 15 people like this whose cheuqe have bounced..
