hi, mr khaja shortly launching a project in bangalore. people be careful with him. before buying plots in any bangalore project, seach that project name with mr.khaja or khaja rahamtulla or aureate homes or shafi etc then you will get, whether that project belongs to khaja or not. then you can happily buy. let us all form one association to project investors from khaja and peddi reddy and masthan reddy. one another cheater mr.amar also is with them. he previously worked in concorde group, after that west chesters realtors, abhaya shelters, now dont know what he is doing... so people becareful with amar also. keep an eye on these fruads.

recently i went to that site, its lookis like a jungle

i dont know how this people doing this type of business

and i went mister khaja office he told me to talk with another two mds names peddi reddy and mastan reddy

but on that day i paid money to that khaja only

this is not genuine real company

am giving it zero star rating

I had bought plot in NRI golden city from westchester. Just visited the site few days ago - I couldn't even recognize my plot - no maintenance whatsoever.

Is there any googlegroup/yahoogroup for NRI golden city plot owners where we can share information?

The Axis Bank Cheque dated 31 Jan 2012 , Kaja gave to me as re-fund of 1 Lakhs bounced 5 times before the Cheque validity expired . There is no reply from Kaja or from his representatives.

ta ken a site in golden meadow, and after registration there is no deleopments in that site

no traansformer, no water tanker, no septic tank

yes, this khaja was previously MD of another company named west chesters realtors with others like Peddi reddy masthan reddy as directors. they defaulted in their hyderabad mega venture NRI Golden City at Maheshwaram and all of them shared the money of customer moneys, and started their individual companies. Khaja Rahamthullah started Aureate Homes, Peddi reddy started West City Developers and other directors started Capetown developers and again all these three companies closed down once again cheating the customers. beware of these REAL Raskels. They dont have the answer for those who invested innocently at their utter plap venture NRI Golden City at Hyderabad

I too was given a cheque of INR 50,000/-as refund but everytime I tried to cash it they told me to hold back.
Their representative C. Srinivas (Senior Marketing Manager, Mobile: ********06) is the one with whom I was dealing with first. Later C. Srinivas was not to be found and Mustafah (Chief Advisor-Company Affairs, Mobile:********99) said he would settle the dues. However now he is not taking the calls nor responding the SMSes that were sent to him.
