i had purchased blackberry Z10 mobile on 1 may 2013 but it has stucked 3 time so far. they resolved the issue but after few says again some problem raises so i want to refund or replace my phone with new one. when i say to replace the company they say every time next time we will think on it.history for my moble in service centre

after some days loud speaker and bluetooth was not working.

again signal drooping problem
