Hi concerned,

30th may 2012 was the unfortunate day when I bought this handset blackberry 9900 (bold 4) iemi no 35********84600 . after 2 months only this set started getting hanged and finally its software was corrupted a week back. I gave it to “Satyam communication” noida Sec 16 for repair , which is your AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE . I don’t know what are the parameters and standards for authorizing some shop as service centre ….. this fellow asked for a time of 25 working days to repair the handset moreover he didn’t give me any spare handset to use. THIS IS THE EXCELLENT SERVICE I GOT AFTER SPENDING 32000 /- INR only.
