Hi this is kalpesh from kalyan( mumbai) i have purchased blackberry 9300(curve) on 20th february from vijay sales,kalyan(west). but after using this mobile i was not satisfied with this product as it always get hanged and i am unable to make call even if it is urgent , i have heard so much about blackberry but by getting such pathetic product it has disappointed me a lot i want to launch a complaint against blackberry for this as they claimed to be the best mobile phone companies in the world and has retained the status too i want to replace my handset or want by complete refund orelse i will launch a social site complaint against black berry and vijay sales , i hope blackeberry and vijay sales would take my complaint seriously orelse i would have go to consumer court and social site to talk against this both companies , i hope they will support me and will get my queries resolved soon
