Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your kind notice that since from a long time the My Balance has being keep on deducted by the Idea customer care people till date as soon as i recharge my account.
Though I call to the customer care people there is no proper answer from them for the balance deduction. As far as I am concerned I have not done any anky panky things with my number.
i requested the customer care people to cancel all the activations (VAS) (if any) in my Mobile if they are activated without my knowing. But still the people are very stubborn and they give some silly answers and ask me to send SMS to different numbers which wont workout rather loosing my balance
