Complain :- At the time of 1st servicing, I didnt get the well service. For the 2nd time also, the same bad servicing. They said, one week will take for repairing, denting & painting. Now it is 15 days, till now, no confirmation about my vehicle when they will give. When I call since one week, they say a new story. they say only one machenic is there for doing all these thing. how it can be. Agency malik is saying they wouldnt repair my vehicle. Why ? they didn't say this type of word at the time of purchasing. What is this? This agency stand for what? if they didnot give service well to his customer then what is use of this type of agency? please look into the matter urgently.
