i am Nishant , using aircel network from a very long time.
on 27th May 2013 my balance has been deducted unnecessarily and when i had words with customer care they are replying i have sent message to activate some jobs sms services due to which the same has been charged to me.
I havnt sent any message or asked to activate this service and they are denying to refund my deducted amount as well .
I don’t know what to do ...
plz take necessary action asap

my complain is also against aircel, eveary time aircel has deduct my balance with not sutaibale reason
Deduct money saying, i activate missed call alert service, which i didn't . It's cheating. . Fraud . It happen 2 time by now. Today also deduct money . And sent message thanks for using aircel. How can i active any service when i was asleep. Thinking to change to other network.
Hi i m Ajay Using Aircel network from long time on 24 nov 2013 11:45Am i got a call from aircel network i pick that call but they ask me please select 1 for subscribe but i am disconnect that call and suddenly i get a message you are subscribe chat and your balance 30 rs has been deduct but i am not subscribe any service. I am call to customer care for the same but they said me currently system is updated call me after sometime and. I am call after 3 hour but IVR response our representative are busy call after an hour but still there are no any solution from aircel my aircel no ********31 plz help me of the same other wise i have to take some legal action against aircel network
my name is harsh, using Aircel from long time, but today 60rs have been deducted from my prepaid account without any reason... please refund my money....

I have 3g pack for 3 months and a MAIN BALANCE of about 73 rupees. After turning off mobile data, to my surprise, I got the usual notification which said " DATA CONSUMED: some mb, COST: 0.0 Rs, MAIN BALANCE: 3.00 RS".
The customer care executive told that I have activated some Jump Game about which I have no idea (about how to access those games) for which 50 rs have been deducted and 20 rs have been deducted for some video talkies. She said she can refund rs.20 but not rs.50. This is absolutely disgusting. I even didn't get any email notifications for those **** Jump games. Even the cce didn't know how to play those games.
I have been using Aircel(********18) for the last 3 yrs and this is completely unacceptable that the service provider plays such tricks with its existing customers. Disgusted and disappointed... Hopefully I get my 20rs atleast.
