I am using AIRCEL service with phone number +********6567..
i recharged with Rs. 14 internet pack and then i started using internet from phone all my balance got deducted from main balance..
i logged a complain by sending a mail to customer care but no proper response.. 198 complaint there is no proper response. for i had to use internet i thought i will recharge with Rs.29 internet pack and then i recharged some amount to my main balance and then also my internet services are charged from internet. i am irritated with the service and there is no reponse from the customer. Aircel is cheating customer. i want AIRCEL to return all my amount which has been fraudly charged.. and i want the customer care to take care of my complaint..help me..
