Give me salvation to this issue with Aircel network in Chennai, Tamilnadu.

1.my Mobile Number ********68 , automatically VAS got activated on 25.7.14 at 7.21 pm without my activation from my mobile. And received a sms aircel music got activated.

2.Amount rs 30 deducted and I got a sms this will be renewed after 30 days.

3. Then I unsubscribed the same by sending sms to 155223 as mentioned in the same sms,but I received sms You are subscribing any VAS services.

4. I called customer care , as usual after long time executive picked my call and and he put my call on hold then call got disconnect from their line.

5. This kind of compliments not only for me for almost all the customers, but aircel never responding to this kind of issues.

6. I called customer care number ********45, and shocked hearing my mobile number not valid. Hee hee hee, see the service.

JUST THINk OF AIRCEL REVENUE LIKE THIS WITH ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS WITHOUT CUSTOMER PERMISSION. For me also this is not a first time.

HOW WE STOP THIS CHEATING.
