There is a huge involvement of Agents in booking of Tatkaal ticket, they are not allowing normal people to stand in a queue, All the employee behind ticket booking window are also involve in this whole process and take part in their commission.

Now no common man can book tatkaal ticket, he has to go through Agents to book these tickets and the level of corruption is unbelievable. Almost all cities are now having agents to book tatkaal ticket and they have open stores for the same. No police, No authority has taken this issue seriously because of their commission.

I can not believe that this level of black market of tickets can exist without the involvement of railway authorities and police.

I request you to kindly look into this matter, These brokers are taking the benefit of people emergency and making a lot of black money from this business.

Hope as a responsible citizen my complaint will be shortly entertained and a solid step will be taken against this whole black market of railways ticket.
