Dear Sir,
I applied for internet connection in July, 2010 Vide application No. 619929 and paid an advance of Rs1500/- vide Axis Bank Cheque No.267530. The amount was debited from my account on on 28th July, 2010. Neither internet connection was provided to me nor my advance deposited by me was refunded. Inspite of lodging so many complaints at chandigarh.brand gallary@airtel.com. and following up up on phone number 0172-4600849. Even personal visit to their office was of not any use. Even contaction their office Iqbal was no use.
