Unfair amount charged for smses
my number is ********
I owe the company a refund of 600 Rs
my bill was unduly given me as 1211 Rs where as only amount of around 500 is fair
still i am ready to compromise with 100 rs, they never notified me for exceeding the sms limit on 21st march 2013, plus in the detailed bill the sms count far exceeds the actual msgs sent , of whoes record i still have on my phone .
This complaint is abount the bill generated on date 24th march 2013 of month feb-march .Apart from this the messages which are shown unsent arealso calculated in the detailed bill . On top of all this there was a complaint lodged by me to the company on the same day for the same issue that the messages wer not being sent due to their network error , the exceeding amount of messaged added is due to the error in netword of the same day .
I was not answered properly by the customer service representative , I have also faced the same problem with airtel in past where in once they did not notify me when it was a black out day and a lot of charges where inculcated for the smses sent , and again when they did not notify me for exceeding internet package limit i had to pay a huge sum of 4000/- to airtel for that month
