Sir,

I have got a number(********81) issued to me on 24 march 2011 for which i gave the required document. when i received the bill, i noticed that i have been issued another number (********10). I did not give any document for this number nor asked for an add on number.
I checked with the idea CC and they told me this number has been activated on 4th april. I dont even have this SIM card with me. I am not aware who is using this card on my name. i tried filing a complain at Idea CC desk and after a lot of argument i have given this reff number(148851209).

This is a crime that i have been issued SIM card without any document and without my approval. This number can be misused by any one as i am not sure who is holding this SIM.

I have tried to call Idea CC but i havent got any reply from them.I have been following up with them since last 6 months and till date they have not closed this number. Every month they are charging me Rs 175/- for this new number which i had not even asked for. I have chains of email that i have sent to their CC without any response.
