Respected Sir,
this is to bring to ur kind notice that night radio service was activated on my mobile ********80 on the 17th of this month . Actually my mother uses this mobile and she never tries activating any such service.
and today when she told me that some balance has been deducted from her number . I saw that this service was activated. when I called ur office, then I was told that we had attended some computerised call and after a confirmation from our side the service was activated . when I asked that for how long the call was attended than Mr. Salman told that he doesn't had any information.than I called again then some Mr. Aslam told me that the service was activated after our confirmation and he can't credit back the money deducted for this service but he deactivated the service.
All I want to say that this attitude of yours has forced me to reconsider on my decision of using Idea which I am using from past many years .and please give me a written detail about the call received by us including the duration of the call as I wish to use it as a proof for any further query because my call history shows some very interesting facts about the call made from your side.. or else return back the deducted amount. Its totally ur choice and your loyal attitude towards your customers.and ,might be some new strategic behavior of your company..
