Accel Frontline Service - Accel Frontline Service not replacing my HDD

Not repacing Hard disk drive
I Purchased a seagate gate hard disk drive(SNo.9TE1BF10) from

BAFNA Computers#17/7, K.A.J. Plaza
Shop #B2, Ground Floor
Narasingapuram Street, Mount Road
Anna Salai
Chennai -600002

The drive is under warranty and the direct warranty service is taken care by accel frontline service center, chennai greams road branch.The service representatives are misbehaving and they are telling it is not bought from india.

How can i lodge a complaint on accel frontline services.

I have also been cheated by Cost to Cost, Nehru Place, New Delhi. Purchased 500 GB Seagate Harddisk on 4th Dec 2008 with 5 years warranty Invoice No E-RI-4766. I had check with seagate online and it was under warranty till 2013.

My HDD went faulty and send to Segate Chennai for replacement and later i got email saying that "NOT VALID INDIA DRIVE" and to get it collected back on my own cost.

Either Cost to Cost is selling fake products OR ACCEL FRONTLINE(Seagate) is doing some fraud.

Do you have the copy of purchase bill.First you confirm the indian warrenty.

Customer should contact to Sales Dealer who given him Not valid India drive.
