Yepme.com - Yepmeshopping doing fraud by not refunding my money

Dear sir , the yepme shop is doing fraud by not refunding My order no6879976..I have ordered on 12th may..order amounting Rs 761/- which I have paid through SBI Online banking. Transaction Ref No. IGU2054202 for Rs.761/- & Transaction Emvantage Payments Pvt Ltd is:********.But next day on 13th may i received a mail from order@yepme.biz

(Dear Sushil Agrawal,Thank you for choosing Yepme.com We are sorry, your payment for Order number 6879976 failed. The order has been rejected. In case the amount was debited from your account, please be assured that the money will be refunded to you in the next 7 days.)

after receiving mail from yepme,i had mail twice with enclosing the details of my bank statement from which the amount is debited but the order has been rejected. my refund request is 681222..Till today my money is not refunded..I have phoned to customer care several times..They are saying that they will refund as fast as possible but till now amount of Rs 761/- is not credited in my account..customer care are saying different words..someone is saying money will be refunded within 2 days.someone is saying refund process will take 5-7 days..someone is saying money will be refunded after 10 days from rejection date...Its my question to the company when the money will be refunded??already 19 days is over..I am puzzled.What can I do ? am I bound to bear the loss ? have n’t govt. Any controll on such online treacheries ?

Order no 34021706
Was placed on 10th of January through my credit card and firstly they showed me the status as not verified I called them up and I had questioned them if they had received my amount or not to which they said that yes they had and they assured me to update my status within 48 hours but that did not happen. I called them thrice regarding the same issue and then after 21 days they messaged me that their stock was out and they had sent a request regarding refund and they told me that I would get my refund within 14-21 days after waiting from 21 days I called them up on the 22nd day where they had some guy who was talking over the phone like an illiterate person and also misbehaved during the conversation and told me that I would get my amount within next 48 hours it has been more than 72 hours neither are they picking up my calls nor answering to my mails moreover they hire those men who misbehave over the phone . Such a fraud company these people should be sacked down and I am literally gonna take legal actions against this company .
