I made an order on yepme.com on 24th November, 2013. It reached me on 28th and it wasn't of good quality and right size so i sent back the same day. It reached them on 2nd December 2013. I should have got the refund within 10 days. I have been calling them since then and they have been giving different excuses. They finally agreed on giving the refund on 23rd january in any case but i haven't received any information from their side. I ahve been calling them and they arent answering my call. It has called me a lot of mental n emotional pressure. These are the details of my order:-
