This is with reference to a telephonic conversation with apple care havinf reference no.-100106459017.i had a conversation with mr aman singh related to how to transfer the watsapp data from an android phone to an iphone.he gave a solution to the problem stating a process. At the end of the calni confirmed with him the solution so h said the solution will not work.i wasted an hour of my time talking to him first he gave me the solution then when i confirmed he refused. I had a call with his senior mr rajeev ranjan.but then too no solution was provided.dealing with such a big company i dont expect a wrong commitment or solution.at the end he saif there is no solution.
So EITHER I WANT THE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM OR A COMPENSATION FOR WRONG COMMITMENT Asap.kindly do th needful.
