hi i am one of the apple iphone customer i am using iphone4S 16GB. i have some issue in my phone that mic is not working properly.
so,that i went to your apple service in naraina(West Delhi).when i showed them my phone than the manager(Mr.Rohit) told me that we can't solved ur problem. this is not only my problem from this service center many customer were facing this kind of problem.its all about ur brand awreness that u are made many advertisement but if a customer think that if i will not get the after sales service than it is wrost for ur brand.i need a proper solution for this problem. i m waiting for ur reply. i need strict action by Mr.Rohit.
