I would like to inform you that I went to one of your Franchise located at Mathura named "Hallmark" shop no 73,Vikas Bazaar,mathura,Uttar Pradesh west,India a hour before today.Actually I wanted to buy a I phone 6 32GB phone.I bought it from there but the behavior of the shop owner was extremely "Bad" or I can say "Worst". He was rude while talking to me.I was talking to his employee about bill and all.He told me that I don't know anything about purchasing,bill ,credit card,banking etc even I made a payment through credit card.I don't know why he said that.
The price of this phone,he charged me is 26500Rs when he made bill of Rs27000 including 2% swipe charge.I am attaching a bill in this mail.
Now I have two issues,one is related with his "worst" behavior and second one is related with the bill.This bill shows that the price of this phone is 27000Rs instead of 26500Rs as it is told me at the time of purchase.Kindly clarify.
I don't know what actions you will take against that "Worst" behavior of that owner but I would say that the Goodwill of "Apple" is now in danger hand.The satisfaction level from your company is "0" now for me specially or a customer like me.
Kindly take strict and valuable actions against that merchant.I am writing a mail after coming home without taking dinner so you can understand about misbehave of that owner.
