I have taken one iphone 6s plus(16 GB, Grey) from Amazon.in on 21st September 2015.
It was good for couple of months. Then i had receiver issues in the phone. When i had gone to service center they kept it for couple of days and then they have rectified.
After using it for 15 days, again the same issue has happened and when i had been to your center they kept if for couple of days for diagnosis and replaced with a new phone.
Again after using couple of months same receiver issue has happened, and service center had kept it for diagnosis and again replaced with a new phone.
I have spoken to your senior helpdesk executive called Arun for this issue.
Again after using it for couple of months same issue is there and it is there in your service center for diagnosis.
Again service center people are asking to keep it for 12-15 working days.
But after using Iphone 6 Pus now am sure, apple is not concentrating on its product quality anymore. The product quality is like the road side gadget companies. I had been to the service center not less than 6 times and kept my device there for 20 days. Still yet there is no solutions. They have already changed my device twice again the issue is same.
So it would be a sincere request, please change my device to any upgrade one (I phone) or return my product price.
Looking forward for immediate action.
