I found a worm crawling on my Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate which i had already consumed half. I bought chocolate the same evening from a nearby shop. Manufacturing date was of May 2016, and it said "BEST BEFORE 12 months of PACKING" still the quality of chocolate was unexpected. I request you to look into this matter seriously. With big Brand name as that of Cadbury we dont expect such low price products. This is a serious health issue case.

Subject: Urgent Complaint: Contaminated Cadbury Bournville (Serious Health Hazard)
Dear Cadbury Consumer Care,
I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the Cadbury Bournville Rum and Raisin chocolate bar I purchased from a local store. The product, with an expiry date of **29/06/2025**, was consumed by a child and myself—until the child noticed **live ants crawling within the chocolate itself**.
The immediate consequence was **severe nausea and projectile vomiting**, which is completely unacceptable for a product from a brand of Cadbury’s stature. This incident not only raises grave concerns about **your quality control measures** but also poses a significant **health and safety hazard**, especially considering a child was affected.
This is not a minor complaint—it is a matter of **food safety negligence**. I demand an immediate **investigation** into this issue, along with a **substantial resolution**, including a formal explanation and appropriate compensation. If this matter is not taken seriously, I will have no choice but to escalate it to **consumer protection authorities** and **relevant food safety regulatory bodies**.
I expect a prompt response addressing this alarming issue.
Sincerely,
Rutu Gandhi
