I purchased a Wammy Passion Z for Rs.15489/- (http://www.wickedleak.org/214-wammy-passion-z-hd-android-42-quad-core-phablet.html) which was preordered by me. The set was received after a month. The built quality was very cheap, back cover was screen printed and screenguard did not stick to phone and there was no earphone. I communicated the matter to them but no answer was received. Problem started 15 days ago when the phone entered a switchoff switchon loop. Now the phone switches off and on again and again if I insert the battery. The set has become totally unusable.
Since then I am trying to lodge a complaint by sending email, posting on their site and telephoning but no answer till now. All their phones are in switched off condition since then. This is the worst quality of service available in online shopping.
