I bought Wammy desire tablet PC by an online payment on 18/7/13 against order no. 3065.
Three days after use I got locked out of the tablet ( I forgot the pattern password ). I tried everything I could to reset it but couldnt. I finally called up the customer care and tried to follow all their instructions but it didn't work. They finally asked me to send back the tablet. I did send it and they recieved it on 5/8/13 ( i have an email regarding this as a proof ). After more than 50 days of me calling and mailing them asking for the status of the repairs, they send me back my tablet on 26/9/2013 in a much WORSE condition than I had sent. It has a so many scratches on it, some of the locks that keep the back cover in its place are broken and most importantly, THE TABLET IS STILL LOCKED! I still cant use it in anyway. Also, wickedleak had asked me to ship all the accessories(the charger, an OTG cable and a USB data cable) with the tablet but when I got it back, it just had the charger in the box!
The worst part - Its been 2 weeks since I've been trying to reach the customer care or wickedleak.in but all their phones are switched off. I tried mailing them, but there was no reply whatsoever. I am totally confused so as what to about it as I am here in Delhi and have no time just to go to Mumbai and get this issue settled by meeting the company representatives in person.
