I am Vikas Kumar. I had purchased a ACTIVA 125 from REGENT HONDA with CHASSIS No. ME4JF495DH8033516. On 26th October 2017. I was going to my office in the morning. Suddenly the REAR RIM got bend AND THE AIR FROM TYRE FLAWN AWAY.
THE CAR BEHIND ME CONTROLLED HIS CAR OTHERWISE I GOT AN SERIOUS ACCIDENT.
Immediatly i had contacted to honda customer care at 1********34. There they gave m,e reference no. 1-2********71.
Next day i had visited to Regent Honda from where i had purchased the scooty. There i met with Mr AJAY. He took the picture of RIM and send to his superior.
Till today i had no information from Regent Honda. Today i again call to customer care then Regent Honda called me and said I HAD REPAIR THE TYRE FROM OUTSIDE SO THE WARRENTY VOIDS.
today I got a call from Honda Gurgaon from 01246606927. The person on otherside told me that i had to first visit to the dealer.
Sir, the all incident took place at 7 Am. i called to dealer but there was no one available at that time. So i had called to Honda customer care.
Sir please revert me that i had to wit for the dealer's timimg or i should go out as per the dealer advice.
I request you to please look into the matter otherwise i will be going for a CASE IN CONSUMER FORUM as i might take a seriour accident or might be lost of life.
