Whirpool India Ltd - Waiting for replacement

I purchased fridge from Crome showroom ( Bangalore ) and got dent in the replacement product and when Mr. Sagar call me regarding replacement i requested him to come on Saturday as i will be not available in the given address and he confirmed they will come on saturday. Then i waited for the whole day but no one came. Then on Monday he called me from Tumkur Whirpool Godown he said we will take fridge in bulk then only will go for delivery only for 1 fridge will not take request. He said company people said to not to deliver on sat and asked to deliver on monday. Then i asked them to come before 3 PM so that i can take delivery but again no one came and around 5 PM i got call stating they will come for delivery where in i was not available in the address. He asked me do i want the replacement or not and when i said take back your product and refund my money back, then he disconnected the call. After that i havent got a single call from you people. what a pathetic service you people give. I request you to either arrange for replacement before 12 PM or else refund my money back.
