Hi All,

3 Days back, i filled out a form on reliance website for netconnect broadband + service. An telemarketting agent from vriti interactive calls me and offers me 400 INR Discount if i buy on saturday.

He also promises me activation in 2 hours. I re-verified this from him 6-7 times as i am working in a remote client location with no permission to use their corporate network, i badly needed it for 15 days. He assures me that as soon as i fill the form and pay the money, it would take exactly 2 hours.

He also gives me a very convincing reason as they want to meet their targets hence they will activate it in 2 Hours. I get the device saturday evening and after that no activation, no response to my calls and the agent (Vincent) who delivered the device seems to be in church from morning to evening. He did not even give me a proper bill.

What a waste of time, effort and energy. I have no clue how a firm with so many complaints, mis management and no sense of customer experience can sustain.

I always would like to keep my promises when i make them to my clients and would expect the same. It really doesnt matter whether it is sunday or saturday.

All these reasons are silly useless reasons.

I hope some action would be taken. Even if it does not happen, i would not be surprised as i just saw a ton of complaints against these guys.
