I had purchased micromax x 550 qube mobile on 04-10-2010 and on 20-08-2011 (imei number- ********0512720) from majeti communications (invoice number- 795). I had deposited my handset at
micromax authorized service center, ms veerabhadra agencies at kukatpally in Hyderabad with a complaint of no network access under job sheet no.: n030235-0811-147303, I was told by the service
person that the problem will be resolved in 1 week, later after 10 days when I contacted the service center I was told that my hand set was sent to the company and it may take another 10 days, I had
been in constant touch with the service center and they were only saying that the handset had not returned from the company, I waited till 15-09-2011 and spoke to the customer support of micromax on
the number 01144770000 and was given a complaint id.:1509112219 with an assurance that the issue will be resolved in 10 days, in the mean time I had put up mails to the company and the reply from
them was that the problem is being looked at, the issue had been sent to escalation department etc. till date their no result and the service center at Hyderabad is not responding to my calls. I want them
to repair the defect in my phone immediately and return it back to me.
