I purchased nisaan micra diesel car on 24/5/2011 on the name M.Sudhakar Reg no AP 01 AB 4803. In few days i started hearing a cracking sound when applying brakes. I had been told that its a common problem in micra cars and brake liners had to be changed but due to non availability of stock they are not changing it. I met with an accident on 5/8/2011 due to brake failure. They also collected extra amount as extended warranty for the parts. I talked to the sales executive,service station Sr. Manager and also given a complaint to nisaan help line but no action is taken regarding it. Please look into this matter
