I purchased a Samsung Fridge from Vasanth and Co during their Consumer Exhibition on 2-10-2010 and was forced to buy a Stabiliser thouth the product did not need it .
The fridge was to be delivered on 5-10-2010 and I took leave to get it.
There was no information from the company till 2 in the afternoon and then when I called, Karunanidhi said it would be delivered in the next hour. This continued till 7.30 and then Mahesh said that they were out of stock.
Mr.Satish kumar told me to go to Consumer forum if I want but will not deliver the fridge as promised.
He then said it would be delivered by 3 pm the next day, and again I took leave for the same.
However, it came only at 6pm.
Then they informed us that the service personnel from Samsung would come anytime in the next 48 hours which forced me to again take leave.
however, the service person from Samsung called and was so lazy that he told us to open the product ourselves and refused to come.
Now, we have opened the packaging and found the fridge to be a faulty piece.
Vasanth and co have washed their hands off.
Samsung Personnel are refusing to come.

Dear whirlpool team i have a complain regarding Refrigerator model No:13325,we buy this fridge in chennai on 4/10/2010 after 4th month their is no cooling and 6th sense also not working properly and we buy this fridge from your Dealer vasanth & co from chennai purasawakkam high road contact numder-42040571...i request you to kindly please take proper step and solve this complain as soon as possible.
