Vasanth and Co - replacement issue

Dear sir,

I have bought a LED TV model no:19HV10ZE from vasanth&co 1,new agraharam,palani road,dindigul-1 for rupees 9000 on 27-05-2012 bill no: 22210000024779. it was stopped woking on 15-07-2012 and i call the customer care and service center they had taken that tv and said that they will replace the tv and give it to me but till date 30-10-2012 i have often contact the customercare and service center there is no response from vasanth&co and also from the service center VIJAY ELECTRONICS 21/1 LGB COMPOUND,AMC ROAD,DINDIGUL, i have often called them no response and if they attend the call they ask me to go for court and take legal action. VASANTH&CO ITS SALES SERVICE AND CUSTOMERCARE IS ANOT REPONDING TO ME PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THE ISSUE.

I have bought a LED TV HAIRE model no:55S9QT from vasanth&co Tambaram Velacherry Mai road, Gowrivakkam,Chennai for rupees 65000/- on 01.12.2023 bill no: 112********309. it was stopped woking on 05-06-2024 and i call the customer care and service center they had taken that tv and said that they will replace the tv and give it to me but till date 11-06-2024 i have often contact the customer care and service center there is no response from vasanth&co and also from the service center HAIRE i have often called them no response and if they attend the call they ask me to go for court and take legal action. VASANTH&CO ITS SALES SERVICE AND Customer Care IS ANOT Responding TO ME PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THE ISSUE.

I'll say vasanth@co is nonsense and useless service. Cheating customer for money...I paid 10000 in advance for fridge rest in hdb finance...the product is received out of box was failure. .when I approached vasanth@co in 100ft Rd velachery and complain about the issue the person is only keen on collecting money from customers..I know sales person can't do anything...vasanth@co is only Cheating customer....they just need money money money. .is paid Money waiting for 6 days to receive good Woking product from vasanth@co....this company respods to customer only at initial time..to make money..so once they get it never bother About customers need or its value...totally useless company..
