I have purchased Intex Aqua Active Android Mobile from a dealer on 6th June, 2013 at Tiruchirapalli 620005, Tamilnadu Chennai.
With a view to have an additional battery I have got service centre X Plus Communication, Tiruchirapalli on 7th of June, 2013.
My request was taken down one Mr. Ramesh who is serving as Service Centre Executive and further I was informed that since they don’t have stock within a couple of days he will revert to me.
Since from 7th June, 2013, in spite of frequent call made by me there is no positive reply from the Service centre and started to behaved unmannerly and irresponsibly.
When I called him Mr. Ramesh today he informed me over the phone box “You will find customer care toll free number and complaint to themâ€. Accordingly I spoke to customer care service executive and was informed to contact Mr. Vaikunda Moorthy.
I spoke to Mr Vaikunda Moorthy in the today afternoon and he assured me that he will be arranging to send spare Aqua Active Battery from Chennai through courier today and will be delivered probably by tomorrow or day after tomorrow.
A few minutes back there was a Call from Mr. Ramesh of X Plus service Center and stated “We have no battery it may take months time to get it, OK, he disconnected the phoneâ€
I have informed about his unmannerly behavior to Mr. Vaikunda Moorthy, Area Service Manager again he convinced and assured that spare battery will be delivered within a couple of days.
Purpose of writing this mail is not to oust out Mr. Ramesh Customer Service Center Executive. Why educated persons are not being appointed and why should a customer to spend valuable time to express their experience with Customer Service Centre of Leading Company like Intex.
Please inquire into this personally and advice the dealing staffs to deal in humanitarian manner with the customers.
