Intex Technologies - I m not satisfied with intex services

I purchased intex internal tv tuner card then i used it for only 10 days then i found that there is sound problem in recording then i gave it to intex service center then they took 3 months for replacement. Then i take replaced card and tried to use it i found that it is not replaced it has problem it as it is then i gave it again to service center this time they take 4 months and after it the same problem is continious. In this procedure 7 months are gone and product has only 12 month warranty!!

Complainant's Goal: I want my money back with my energy waste charge to give complaints.

Even I am also not happy with the intex services ...i took woffer 4000 and soon after 8 months the usb connector( to the play the songs through pen drive) has stop working ....i took it the service center in vadodara and those people told the they will repair it and give it back to me with in next three working days...but it has been 15 days they have not repaired it and when i will call and ask about my woofer....they will always tell some audit is going on and it will take some more days to repair.....

its so embarrassing...that for your own commodity we have to wait.....i am thinking these services are only for the name sake....and nothing else! i hope some one will help me out with this problem

i purchase a tv tuner ext card and i used it for 8 months then there is some fault happen then i gave it to the service centre man they dnt even check they only seeing the sticker over there and refuse to taken that tunner they dnt even seeing that bill which has 2 months remaining.so wht should i do pls sugest me...

I purcahed a LED(18.5) then i used that only 2 month then i found that screen problem in this then i gave that to intex service centre,

I support this complaint.i too have problem with intex tft 22" which is under guarantee period. it was sent to the service centre and when i got it back after 15 days it had the same problem. after sale service is very poor and the product of this company are not up to the mark

I purchased intex internal tv tuner card then i used it for only 6 months then i found that there is picture problem in tuner then i gave it to intex service center ( in Panipat Haryana)then they demand adopter whith tuner & took 1.5 months for replacement. Then i take replaced card and tried to use it i found that it is not replaced& also my adopter whose correct I have deposit in your service center replace with someone and I got fuse adopter t as it is then i gave it again to service center this time they refuse to take it & when I perverse them 1 month again & now there is my problem same now . In this procedure 3 months are gone and I am very disappointed can you please help me because product cost is 1500 and this is essay to purchase new then it give in service center.
Sir this very dangerous for your company goodwill also

I support this complaint
i also buy new tv tuner of intex..but after 10 days it automatically on off..i give it to intex service cener for 2 times.and it takes a time of 3 months.but the problem remains the same.now i give it again..i suggest to everybody not to buy anything of intex in future......
