Dear Sir/mam,
I made a railway reservation ticket in Pathankot-Delhi special train no 14038 from Amritsar to Delhi junction. My journey was on 8th October 2015 at 9:30hrs from Amritsar and my PNR no was 2410598327. I reached before on railway station and on enquiry station staff told me that train has been cancelled today. Later I contacted Irctc for refund then they told me that train was not cancelled but train rout was diverted. This is totally the harassment of costumer this should be refunded to everybody.. If train didn't come to the concerned station then what is the mistake of costumer.. Please look into this matter.
