I applied the citi bank credit twice

Scenarios:

1. People told reasons cancel
2 .Recently (one month back) applied credit also submitted the required document whichever people asked me (PAN Card and bank statements etc). But i haven't get any information till now. Already 1and half months over.

Its really disgusting to say this words..!!

CITI bank Service is very poor as per my concern.

If customer submitted required application/documents why its not processing... atleast need to intimate the customer frequently that should do !!

No one of you people really not informing the customer about the reasons to cancel or not processing the application ( App num - AJ6596)

If any documents not met your expectation people need to prepare before met the customer. These documents are required if not available we won't consider or can't process your application..!!!

Please take action and provide the reason for that.
