Hi, I am Ratan an Employee of IBM , this incident has to be happened on Saturday Evening location : Badi Chowdi,Just stopped my car near a medical shop to buy a Zandu Balm with in no time Traffic Constable observes it and puts a lock to car when requested he says to pay a fine of 500 Rupees and when requested for a Chalan slip he says too pay 200 and when asked why its 200 rs he says its Govt Rule.

First of all we don't know whether government in Hyderabad is working,according to E-challan its 150 including taxes when its paid in ESeva, but this Traffic Police who says he is SI with Name : SAIEASHWAR GOUD his mobile no : ********19 was very adamant in writing 200 rs on challan slip when questioned why doesn't he he started to argue saying collect your car from station when said we are from prominent family he started to calm down.

people like him should be made as homegaurd infront of police station rather than guarding traffic , he is not feeling responsible gaurding traffic at Sultan Bazar infront of his eyes but he is busy collecting chalan on roads by stopping vehicles and causing inconvenience to traffic and public.
