My Tikona Boradband , Pune, customer id : 1102174042
I have subscribed to Tikona from August,2010. I would like to share that currently I am going through very bad co-operative stage from Tikona.
1) In month of Oct-Nov, Tikona has some network issue in my area (Nigdi, Pune) , so around a month I am not able to access internet.
2) Full month of December my account is inactive.
Still in latest bill they have charged for December month.
On 13-Jan-2011, Tikona billing representive called me and said that my total bill is around 1800. and if I paid 1043 my account will get active.
I am not sure why bill is 1800. Because December, my account is not active and Oct-Nov, their is problem with network.
Still after talking with Libiya and Vishakha, I have made the cheque payment of 1043.
Libiya informed me that remaining amount will get waiver to me, and I no need to pay that.
Libiya asked me to call Rajesh (020 41414324) , on thursday 13-Jan. He inform me that my account will get activate from Saturday.
But it's not yet active. They just fooled me to get money from me.
On Monday 18-Jan, I called customer care number and they told me that I need to pay remaining amount also to activate my account.
On 18-Jan and 19-Jan I have spoken with Rajesh Kadam (020 41414324), who again promised me that my account will get activate soon......
WHY SO MANY FALSE PROMISES ?
I am not able to understand why this people are making false promises and harassing common man.
