I have a complaint against Tikona Digital Network providing broadband services. I had subscribed to their Unlimited Plan for entire year with a Pre-payment. I got my services disconnected on 1-10-2010 and the equipment was collected by their person on 4-10-2010 for which I have the receipt. I was informed that the service charges for the unused services will be refunded and will take 30 days to process it. No Refund has been received till date.
I have lodged complaint with the company at periodic intervals and the complaint numbers are:
