Early morning I went to Karve raod, pune Booking office for booking Tatkal Ticket around at 5’Oclock.



That time there was only 4 person persons ahead me & 3 Persons was sleeping near to main Iron Gate.

My No was 5th because all we stood near gate in proper line.



At 7 O’Clock , all sleeping person woke up & started to afraid us, now they became to 25 persons ahead us (Including 10-12 years children, they had no any valid Identity Card also)

& we were 30 persons in proper line.



They abused us as well as senior citizen & women.



Suddenly Mr Garud, Ticket Booking Officer came & handed over Iron Gate key to these boys. They opened the gate & made new row for their convenience, we informed to Mr Garud and shocking thing was he said all you were not in proper line so stand after them.

Finally no one could get reserved ticket only because of Mr Garud & those boys.



After this incidence we came to know that this is daily happening.

So please immediately take a necessary action on them
