I am kawarpreet singh. I Daily move up and down from chandigarh to pinjore in haryana roadways buses as i belong to haryana, So I always Prefer to travel in haryana roadways buses. But the complaint is that conductor and driver of bus no HR37C1970 on 25th nov,2011 of ambala depot which daily goes to route, from chandigarh to Shimla . As they dont pick the passengers for pinjore even if bus is having 10 - 15 passengers sitting inside .This Bus Daily goes half empty daily from bus stand. today when I Was sitting inside only 13 -14 passengers were inside but when conductor come to me for ticket he refused to take the passenger for pinjore , so i requested him a lot saying that I will get Late for my Office , even i told him that i dont need a seat also , was ready to give him change money i.e 22 rs but the driver stopped the bus and let me down in midway from bus stand chandigarh. and used very abusive language and threatened me to never get in this bus for future . , After that i had to go back to bus stand and baord another bus with this i got late to my office and was marked absent, which means a lot . around 1500 rs daily is my salary so who will bear it. Request you to ask that driver conductor to make us sit in the bus for pinjore or even we are ready to go standing also if seats not available in bus for short route or local passengers.
Even i am planning to write transport minister for this issue and MLA & GM Ambala.

I boarded a Haryana Roadways bus on 06.11.2023 @04:00AM in the morning from Ballabhgarh bus stand (Haryana) to Zirakpur for which payment of Rs.465/- has been made from my end. At the very first instance, driver of the bus came up late, which ultimately delayed the journey time and hampered me in reaching office on time, since the bus was running late from the scheduled time. Secondly, he had done hard braking and rash driving throughout the entire journey. Ultimately, he did the same hard braking after reaching drop off point at Zirakpur due to which I suffered a lot of internal and minute external injuries. However, inspite of feeling sorry or being ashamed of himself, he started misbehaving with me, which is not acceptable on my part. Therefore, it is requested to look into the matter and punish that driver as much as possible. A copy of the Action taken in this matter may please be shared with me for assurance.

Mera naam Aakash, I daily up and down Baghola to Ballabgarh. M Ballabgarh se Baghola ke liye bus (no HR73GV7089,) me bhta tha or conductor ne muje Baghola ki ticket de di lekin m ne Baghola aane ke bad bus chalak (Driver) se bus rokne ke liye bola to us ne mere se bola ki ye bus yaha nhyi rukegi. Or bus chalk ne muje 2 KM aage utara.
M ap se anurodh krta hu krpiya karke is bus chalk pr karyvahi ki jaye .
Today myself travelling to Delhi from Ambala in bus number HR37D-1794. while reaching Delhi Bus conductor treated very badly using abusing language & try to remove us from bus. Bus conductor name is (Hanuman). He told us this name but don't know whether it is correct or not. but bus number is correct.
we are paying the money for good service not for hearing the abusive language. i told that " hum aapka complaint kar denge office me" but he said "kar do jisko complaint karna hai" I mean he has no afraid in his mind about losing job.
My simple request is at least call him & take strict action so that he will know how to treat with the passengers in the future.

Sab fly se leke jate rokne ki bole to batmiji karte Hai bolte Jo KR sakta Hai KR le mere kilaf mara kuch nhi bigad sakta haryana government ne bus ke bhar borad lga rke Hai fir bi bolte Hai hmara stand nhi Hai plz haryana roadways officer se request Hai inke ke kilaf inquiry Kyu nhi hoti kyo koi bi 6pm k baad ticket check nhi krte
Haryana roadways ke bus conduct aur driver itni baatamezzi say baat karte hai.. Jaise ki ye bus ke owner hai aur ye sarkar say upar hai.. In bus driver ka special complaint inbox hona chaiye jissay in par strict Action liya jaye.. Jissay inhe on The spot resticate kiya jaye..
Ome thing hindi mein btaunga.kyuki sb anpad bhre hue h. I knw is post ka koi fark nhi padna. Aaj delhi se panipat way ki traf jana tha. Raat ke 2:15 am pr. Aapke yamuna nagar k driver plus conductor plus jo counter pr ticket issue krta h. Phle unko bolne ki sense nhi h. Apne ma baap k bhi lgte mjhe vo. Bol rhe h bus nhi rokegein .aap log k baap ne khrid rhki h kya ye bus. Raat ko 2 bje kha jae aadmi agar nhi bethaoge bus mein. Bhai saab agar service achi nhi deni to. Ghra beth jao. Kyuki tum sab kisi kaam k nhi. Gvaar ho sab . Or 2 question jyada puchne pr chilla k kehta h .(interview leve s k tu mera). Uske baap ko interview ki spelling nhi aati hogi. M complaint nhi kr rha bta rha hu. Tum sab bolne k ho. Thare baski kuch nhi 20 30 rupees ki aat mein rehte ho.

My self Mohan Lal on every weekend i m go to shimla with Haryana roadways but today at 4pm. Chandigarh to Shimla bus was ready to go so i seet on that but that bus conductor ask to leave this because i have no ticket due to bus was going but that bus conductor behave was so reduclus. He have drunk n talking with very abousively on enery pessanger. So i requst u sir please take a action on him i do'nt know his name please find him and take action. Bus No.R47 C5560.
