On behalf of Mr. Shailendra K DWivedei I want to complain about the rude behavior of driver and conductor of Haryana roadways ( bus no. HR588958 about 8:00 am). He was travelling from Shogi (Himachal Pradesh) to Sector 17 (Chandigarh) with about 4 bags and a bedding. The conductor/driver firstly asked him for extra 50 Rs for the luggage he agreed. But after some time he told him for extra two tickets+50 Rs for the luggage. When he refused to give him Rs 50 extra the driver who was a 55 years old Sardar Ji, started yelling whole the way.

हरियाणा रोडवेज के कुछ बत्तमीज व मनमानी करने वाले कर्मचारियों की वजह से यात्रियों को बहुत परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है,
आज दिनांक 10-04-2018 को यमुनानगर से दिल्ली जाने वाली बस नंबर HR58- 9954 जो यमुनानगर से 19:00 पर चली और हमेशा करनाल पुराना बस अड्डा जाती है, लेकिन आज चालक 20:45 मिनट पर हम 5-6 यात्रियों को करनाल ITI चौक (by pass) पर उतार दिया, हमारे पूछने पर की अंदर (पुराना बस अड्डा) क्यों नही जा रहे, तो वो बजुर्ग से दिखने वाले चालक(ड्राइवर) बेहद बत्तमीजी से बात करने लगा, बोला मेरी मर्ज़ी, तुमने जिससे बात करनी है कर लो।
अब रात 9 बजे औरतों, बच्चो को करनाल by pass से अंदर जाने में कितनी परेशानियां होती है ये हरियाणा रोडवेज के घमंडी कर्मचारी क्या जाने।😧

belif anuj bhargava i am traveling today 16.03.3017 from alwar to behror AT 5.AM I take ticket to the conducter after ten minutes he said to me that they give me another ticket and he taken my ticket and beat me for asking back my ticket
and told to change the bus.He give me abusing and misbehavior with me .I m late on my duty some this so i confused what can i do. I request you to good action.

belif Subhash yadav i am traveling weakly malra Mahendergarh to gurgaon.I take ticket to the conducter after confarm.After reached the Rewari depo conductor refused to go to Gurgaon.and told change the bus.But the bus seat has already alloted.no vacent seat.I request to sit the another bus.But conducter refuesed and told I m not your servent.I request to refund my balance.He give me abuseing and missbehaveir with me .I m late on my duty some this...after some time I caught a private bus.
