This is Chandra Sekhar from Tirupathi, I purchased a mobile phone in DealsandYou on 15th June wide Order No is 144217, andRef ID is 100057889.

Actually I purchased the Samsung H1 360 because of it is Android OS. But I came to know when I am seeing in other websites and recently in DealsandYou Website also shown that, it is not an Android OS
Mobile. It was Linux Based LiMo R2 platform.
The same thing was spoken with their Customer Care Executives and they are not properly replied and they are simple said that they needs 72 hours time to solve this quire when ever I am calling.
Even I am ready to change my order, they accepted and they informed that I need to pay difference amount, which was I selected second time, it is Samsung Wave II. By cost is 15,599. I am also ready to pay the same and informed to them . this issue is had on 23rd June , and they informed again
They can send a payment link to me for that difference amount, but yet now they are not send any link to me every day I am make a call to him and they said : it will be reached by end of the today. But it not reached.
Finally I am tired with their behavior and ask me to refund my money I don’t want to take any product from their website. But they are not yet refund and they are not send any payment link.

Here I attaching some specifications, it is shown that it is not Android OS.

In their website first when i am placed order it's shown as this mobile is Android Os but now in your website it is not shown right now. What is this mean?
So kindly please help me, please refund my amount from their.
