Dear Sir,
This is to report a fraud done by "DealsAndYou" wherein I had made a purchase of a Blackberry Pearl 8110 mobile phone from their website www.DealsAndYou.com on 26th Dec-2010 vide voucher no. GE5KJ6N1DL, payment through ICIC bank credit card for amount Rs 5899.
Quoted mobile phone was to be delivered within 21days of order post full prepayment, but inspite of completion of the promised transit time the phone is still not delivered.
Also note they have only one help line no posted on their website-0124-4734777 on which I would have tried calling more than 50 times in last few days either to find the line busy or whehever it gets connected no body picks up the listed no.
Though I was lucky to get connected only twice on two diff occassions in the last one month and I was committed on both occassions that the ordered phone will be delivered in next three working days but on both occassions the promise was not fullfilled.
Have lost faith in the company and am surprised with such act of unprofessionalism and feel cheated.
Pls advice solution.
