This has happened thrice with me.
Twice in the Delhi-Lucknow Duronto express: 12272
And once in the Lko-Delhi AC Spl: 12234

All three times the linen provided was dirty and used.
It had not been washed,bleached and starched !
Nor were the sheets ironed. Even the blankets had a foul smell.
When I complained to the attendant he was very rude and said that this is what I have, take it or leave it. Many other co-passengers had the same problem but nothing was done !

AC passengers pay extra for the bedding...then why the hell are we being given dirty and used bedsheets ????

Please see why such things are being done......now people are saving on laundry money as well !!!!!!
