I traveled in Train No 3248 on 13th July form Patna to Katihar JN in A/C II tier. My PNR no was ********31, berth alloted RA/39. We were 1st in the RAC list in that compartment A1. Unfortunately, the Ticket checker did not allow me the sleeping berth, instead he alloted the absent passenger's sit to some one by favoring him instead of my who was 1st in the queue in RAC segment. Where is the justice event after paying huge cost for A/C II tier reservation. Please take steps if unscrupulous deal was happened for such favor depriving legitamate claim of mine.
