Tata Sky is making fool of customer by not providing the complete information on mega pack services. Company claims that if the customer opted for any of the mega pack shown on the link below, will never charge for the service visit in case of any issue.

However still there are few conditions, Tata Sky will charge service visit charges, but they never tell this to any customer nor is it mentioned on their website.
Here in my case the remote has stopped working, which is replaced by Tata Sky by taking Rs 125/- and in addition of that they charges Rs 150/- as service visit. When I ask them that I have subscribed the mega sd pack, so such charges should be reverted back. But the customer care told me that its a customer fault, we will charge the visit charges. When I ask what they mean about customer fault, they told me due to little bit bad condition of the remote it stop working and its customer fault and we will charge service visit irrespective you have opted for mega pack or not. But when I said no where you have written the same, but the response I got it is charges are applicable and you have pay.
Also there website doesn’t talk about on what parameters they identify the customer faults.
In the nutshell Tata Sky can charge visit charges whether you subscribe for mega packs or not.
