Dear Sir,
I am not receiving Tata Sky signals from last 10 days i.e. from 25.06.2015. I have contacted Tata Sky customer care on 24.06.2015 at 8:00 PM for servicing of my tata sky connection. I am an employee. I have to leave for office by 7:00 AM morning and I returns to home at 10:00 PM night. Since company engineers doesn't comes before 7:00 morning and after 10:00 night, I have requested the company to arrange a visit on Sunday i.e. on 28.06.2015. I have duly explained the fact to the company that my tata sky connection must get serviced by Sunday i.e. otherwise i'll not be able to do this upto next Sunday. The company have promised me that their engineer will visit my house by 10:00 morning. But they has not visited. I have called again customer care number. Again they made promise that they will be visiting within next few hours. Thereafter i have called 4-5 times. Everytime, the company is making pseudo promises. I have been suffering from last three days. I have been continuously following up with the company, but everytime given false promises. I have repeatedly called the company to get my problem resolved, but the company has always made false promises. I have also sent email explaining my problem to help@tatsky.com[Request Ref. No - IV3OEX7] and to nodal officer of the company on nodalofficer@tatasky.com.[Request ref. No - IVECTX4]. But customer care executives nor nodal officer took pain to resolve my problem. I have repeatedly called customer care executives for resolving my problem. But no one has resolved my problem since last 10 days. I am suffering from last 10 days. Due to this lukewarm approach of the company, it seems that the company is not interested in retaining customers.
The company is making fool of the customers and not bothered about the customers. I request you to refund my Set Top Box Subscription Fee. I am tired of the worst services provided by the company.
