Sangli on 18/02/12 Job card NO- 100R07212 - I was having problem in my bike as it is giving a irritating vibrating sound from my bike while driving .so I Requested to clear the issue in services center so the mechanic in service center told me that there is problem in block piston and it need to be Replaced which will cost around RS 4000/- t0 5000/- to clear the issue. But I am unable to understand that after use of only 40 thousand km and with in 2 years the parts like block piston is not working properly how is it possible as I am regularly doing servicing for my vehicle , from this I can understand that very INFIRIOR QUALITY OF SPARE PARTS are used in GS150R bike and afraid if all parts will be having this problem . I have also used bikes of other brands and also compared with other bikes the part like block piston does not get damaged within 80 thousand to 1 lakh km . then why the problem is only with this bike . I want immediate replacement of block piston in my bike from Suzuki as I will not be able to spend every time on this type of inferior quality & faulty spare parts . why the customer would suffer for when suzuki is using this type of parts in there vehicle ..?? I am a Loyal customer of Suzuki as I have purchased this bike on 2/6/10 since then I have Recommended this bike to my friends & Relatives many of them are also using it .. if this type of issues will effect the BRAND IMAGE Of SUZUKI ..I Request you through this forum to please ... please... Replace my block piston in my bike with good quality from your side so that I Can use this bike continuously and maintain the TRUST on BRAND SUZUKI ALWAS....
